"I called State Farm this morning to discuss my homeowner policy renewal. There was no hold time whatsoever! Andrew Young answered the phone by the second ring. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He gathered all pertinent information and transferred me to Kristy for further assistance. I provided her with some updates on the home. She explained the changes made on the policy and was very thorough and helpful! The call was quick and painless. Like a good neighbor, Andrew and Kristy were there! Thanks🙂"

"I was calling to pay my bill. Normally when call somewhere on a Monday morning, you usually get a wait. Not this morning. Andrew Young was right there to help me. He was fast and efficient. "I just moved to PA from FL, I was already a State Farm customer, my past agent referred me to Jim Gardner office in Hellertown and this was a g.o.d moment for me.
